I got started as an Open2View Photographer, i worked for Century 21, Ray White Tewantin, Dowling Neylan, Paul Rily Paul Rily. I think the best way to get started and be as good as Anna Wiltshire Wilshire or Wilma Fratter is to not buy a Franchise like BWRM but start taking photos of your own house and get your photo editing style perfect.
